Whether you own a bakery and café, hardware store, flower shop, liquor store, garden center, or anything, a custom T-shirt or hat is an inexpensive way to display professionalism.

Designing custom hats and T-shirts is quick and easy. Upload your own logo or design, or search through online galleries to find the right way to market your business.

Create different colored T-shirts for different seasons, or create extras that can be given away as promotional items!

Personalized t-shirts are a great tool for marketing any business. You can include your logo, telephone number or whatever information you like on the shirt. Not only will this help raise your business profile, but it also helps to give your company a very professional image.

T-shirts are a great idea for small businesses that can’t afford to purchase uniforms. They create a cohesive look, and help promote the company brand. The design doesn’t have to be overly elaborate; you can even opt to do a small “pocket-sized” logo to keep things simple. The idea is to have everyone that works for you dress the same so that you can begin to create a company identity that is consistent and recognizable.

Have employees pair the custom t-shirts with blue jeans or dark slacks to give the look a more “pulled together” feel. You may also want to consider adding hats to the unofficial uniform as a way of adding just a bit more to the package. The t-shirt and hat combination is a great choice and looks smart on employees.

If you can come up with a snappy slogan for your company, it is a good idea to add that to the t-shirt design. Slogans are catchy phrases that help describe what your company does or sells, and they help people remember your business. They tend to be short and to the point, and the best ones are easy to recall. Brainstorm some ideas and see if you can find something that suits your company.

Logos are another thing that are often used on business t-shirts. If you don’t already have one, it is worth spending a little bit of time on. Since a logo is a visual representation of your company, it can be a great tool to have in terms of marketing. Logos don’t have to be complex, but the more they tie in to your line of work, the better they will do the job of branding. Sketch up some designs, or let VistaPrint help you find something appropriate; we help people with these types of marketing projects all the time.

Decide what information you want to have on your t-shirts. Are you happy with just a logo and Website? Do you want a location on the shirt as well? What about a phone number? Try out a few different designs and see what appeals most to you. Check in with other people for their input before finalizing on a particular look. You may even want to select a few different designs and have the employees or customers vote for the one they like the best.

When you are designing a printed t-shirt, there are several factors that you will want to keep in mind. The first is what you want to put on the shirt itself. If you are using the t-shirt as a marketing device, it makes sense to include your company name, telephone number, and perhaps even a Web address. That may seem like common sense, but you will also want to think about the size of these items.

Small fonts can be difficult to read and therefore defeat the purpose of using a t-shirt for more visibility, so make sure that you use a size that is large enough. Another thing to keep in mind is the type of font you use. Some fancy fonts can be a little hard to read, or have numbers that are difficult to discern. Try typing the information out first, then review it and see if everything looks clear and readable.

If you are using the t-shirt as a giveaway item, you may want to include an e-mail address as part of the design. Providing people with several different ways to get in touch means that you are making it convenient for them, which is a smart marketing move. It may help to think of the t-shirt as a business card in cloth form.

Another thing to think about is the time of year that you will be using the shirts. VistaPrint offers both long and short-sleeved t-shirts, so it may be a good idea to get the one that is most appropriate for the season that you will be using them. If you want, you can get some of each so that you have a bit of variety.

The logo is another thing to examine. Will your logo work on a t-shirt? If it is extremely detailed or needs to be very large in order to read well, you may need to adjust it a bit. VistaPrint can help you come up with a design for one if you don’t already have something that you like. Logos add a nice touch to business shirts, so taking the time to set one up for the t-shirt is a great idea.

There are numerous factors to take into account when you are designing a t-shirt for marketing purposes. If you are able to address these issues ahead of time, you’ll have a tool that can help you grow your business for years to come.

When it comes to custom t-shirts you may have to pay a tidy sum if you don’t want to place a bulk order. Most t-shirt printing companies charge a high fee for small orders, as they are not as profitable. VistaPrint believes that you should be able to place an order for as many—or as few shirts as you like without being penalized for it. We make it inexpensive to place smaller orders and the process is easy too.

If you are a small business owner with just a few employees you can still place a custom t-shirt order without it costing a fortune. It can be a nice perk for the people who work for you, and it will also help you advance your brand. You can order a few shirts for every employee you have, or just one for each person, whatever you think is best. If you prefer, you can just place a small order for yourself, or just for your sales personnel that are out in the field. Consider how they would work best as a marketing tool.

Custom t-shirt orders don’t have to be restricted to business purposes either. You may need to order shirts for a special occasion, such as a family reunion or an engagement party. You may also want to consider them for things such as a charity event or a school function. You can come up with your own design for the shirts or have the family or organization pitch in to help with ideas.

When you are trying to decide how many t-shirts to order, it helps to check in with people to see what sizes they wear. This will insure that all the shirts fit and you are buying only as many as you need. Typically it is better to order shirts a little larger when people are right in-between sizes. It’s better to have a t-shirt that is a little large rather than one that is too small.

One nice thing about t-shirts is that they last much longer than paper marketing materials. This makes them a great item for both companies and events. Businesses won’t have to replace them often, which means they are a good investment. When you have them printed for an event or party, they are a great take-home gift that will help remind people of how much fun they had for years to come.

Custom t-shirts are terrific for businesses, but you can order them for many other reasons. They are a unique item that is cost-effective if you know where you can order them in small quantities. VistaPrint is the perfect spot to place an order for t-shirts if you want professional quality work at a reasonable price.

Are there any uses for custom t shirts?

You’ve agreed to take ten active little boys to the amusement park. Seconds later, you regained your sanity, but it was too late. How are you going to handle that many kids? As you hook up a portable I.V. to your espresso machine, you realize that your biggest problem (besides the way little Jimmy gets sick on roller coasters, merry go rounds and any other ride ever made) is identifying your ten little boys in the hoard of children that will be running through the park. Then you remember the memo you got from your boss the other day asking you to check into custom t shirts because he wants to hold a promotional event. Matching t shirts for the boys is a terrific idea!

You create a colorful design for your shirts that is sure to stand out in the crowd and upload. Then, you order the shirts and start working on the next part of the plan convincing the kids to wear them. Perhaps you should have considered using one of the designs that were already available instead of making your own. After all, what boy would object to wearing a shirt with a sleek yellow sports car on it?
